Our Story
JML Farms was founded in 1990 by Dr. John Patrzykont and his wife Mary Lyne as a quarter horse farm. In 1997 Dr. John brought home his first set of cattle. In the years to follow his sons, Aaron and Christian, would show their cattle at local 4-H and county fairs.
Over time Dr. John became obsessive of the quality of the cattle he was raising, switching to an Angus herd. He started finding the right cattle genetics to get the best possible steak or burger. After almost 30 years of expertise, Dr. John and his son Aaron decided to create the Cattleman’s Reserve brand and invite other families to their table through their quality beef products.

Cattleman’s Reserve by JML Farms has something for the whole family to enjoy. We strive to provide our customers the highest quality of beef while giving our cattle the highest quality of life. Our cattle are born at JML Farms and free ranged until the end of their lives where they are grain fed for a minimum of three months to get the flavor expected from a Cattleman’s Reserve product.
